Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order before it has been dispatched, please log on to your account and look for the return/withdrawal button.  Alternatively, email us at info@bearingprotools.com with your name and order number and we'll do our best to help.

Orders cancelled before dispatch will receive a full refund.

 

Returns

Our policy is simple: you can return tools that you have purchased from us for any reason.   We'd ask that you try to return it within 90 days of delivery, but if outwith this time, get in touch and we'll see what we can do!

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a failure, fault or defect in our tool.

Your refund will then be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 working days.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@bearingprotools.com.

Return Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: BearingProTool, Unit 10 Harlaw Industrial Estate, Harlaw Way, Inverurie, AB51 4SG, UK.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and ensuring that it arrives with us safely. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £20, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
